Delivery and Returns

DELIVERY

Delivery is free for orders over 110 CHF shipped to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For orders under 110 CHF, a delivery fee of 5.90 CHF applies.

Your orders are shipped by Swiss Post within 72 hours (business days) of the order being placed.

Your orders are shipped via PostPac Economy, with a delivery time of 2 to 3 business days.

RETURNS

You have 30 days from the order date to return an item, provided it has not been opened or damaged and is in its original packaging. Sale items cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are entirely at the customer's expense.

Before returning an item, please first contact us at info@peoniesnaturalcare.com, explaining the reason and sending us a photo of the item.
